Sean currently serves as Client Services Manager of Suburban Testing Labs, and is responsible for our Client Services Department which includes Project Managers, Customer Service Representatives, and other client-facing team members.   Sean is responsible for our Client Services day-to-day operations, including ensuring an excellent customer experience, overseeing staff growth and development, and supporting our commitment to defensible data.

Sean joined Suburban Testing Labs in 2022 from the banking industry.  He has extensive experience managing multiple departments at various levels and operating under rigorous regulatory requirements similar to those that we face in the environmental testing field.  His dedication to providing an outstanding customer experience and fantastic people management skills have quickly made him an invaluable asset.
