Learn more about Naomi…
Where did you attend College? Kutztown University
Where did you grow up? For 16 years I was raised in the city of Reading, then moved to the Wyomissing area.
What professional experience makes you a good fit for your position? I have had customer service experience in a variety of settings, and understand how important a customer’s needs can be. My degree has helped me with researching appropriate solutions to problems. It has also shown the importance and benefits of open and clear communications.
What do you think is a key success factor as a Project Manager? First and foremost, communication and trust is key, both with external clients and with the laboratory. I want to make sure all of my clients’ needs are accurately and swiftly met. In addition, the ability for forethought to insure everything goes as planned is vital for smooth transition from testing location to lab.
What do you like about working for Suburban? I enjoy working in a friendly, helpful atmosphere where everyone is working together towards the same goal. We sincerely care about our customers, and that is evident in the way we work together to complete tasks to insure the clients’ needs are met.
What do you like to do outside of work? I am a passionate volunteer with my local Relay for Life and currently serve in the leadership group. I also enjoy learning about old-world handcrafts such as knitting, crochet, spinning, etc., and visiting museums. I feel most fulfilled when I am learning and expanding my horizons.
A letter from our Ownership Team, Rich and Sara Stump
To our valued customers and friends,
Suburban clients that know us, know that we take customer commitment personally. Our first priority each day is ensuring our current customer family is taken care of to the highest degree, and that begins with the team we put in place to support them. As regulations and reporting requirements grow, we know it’s important for each project manager to have adequate time to help their clients. We’ve added two members of our client services team this year, Debbie Hannum, which most of you grew to know when she started in our field services department, and now Naomi.
We have been so impressed with Naomi in her tenure so far, and we know our customers will be as well. Her communication skills, patience, and eagerness to learn new things will, in no doubt, provide our customers with the Suburban Experience they are used to.
We are both dedicated to making sure your customer experience is the best you’ve ever had with any testing lab. Having the right team in place is where it all begins!
Thank you for your continued loyalty,
Rich and Sara Stump
