• Required Inorganic Contaminants (IOCs) and Radiologicals (Rads) samples had not been submitted to our laboratory.
• Other Entry Point (EP) requirements appeared as still required, even though samples had already been collected.
• RegTrack/PADWIS data showed that client needed two EP samples per requirement, yet they had only been submitting one—a significant oversight.

This issue posed a major risk since the client was unaware of a recent regulatory change by the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) that increased their sampling requirements. If left unresolved, this could have resulted in non-compliance penalties.
