It’s time to sign up for your 2023 Lab Testing services! Please fill out the following Form and submit by April 28, 2023. If we have not received your completed form by April 28th, we may not be able to provide service for the 2023 pool season.
We are again offering two types of service packages to choose from: Standard (Total Coliform, pH and Chlorine/Bromine) OR Basic (Total Coliform only). Please indicate your choice below.
Following the receipt of this Form, we will send you an invoice to be paid with total amount due. This will be a separate mailing, and we must have a valid credit card or ACH on file to process the analysis. Suburban Testing Labs will not provide pool service prior to receiving payment for the season.
