NJ SRPL Board Seeks Comments on Draft Proposed Rules

The New Jersey Site Remediation Professional Licensing Board is proposing new rules – N.J.A.C. 7:26I – Regulations of the New Jersey Site Remediation Professional Licensing Board.

The Proposal is scheduled to be published in the New Jersey Register on January 5, 2015. Click on the links below to access the Public Notice for the new rules and the Proposal.

A Public Hearing on the Proposed New Rules will be held on February 17, 2015, 4:00 PM, New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection Public Hearing Room, 401 East State Street, Trenton, NJ 08625-0420

Submit written comments by Friday, March 6, 2015 electronically to [email protected]. Each comment should be identified by the applicable N.J.A.C. citation, with the commenter’s name and affiliation following the comment. The Department encourages electronic submittal of comments.
